Mission
Opening, operating, and scaling a coffee business is a complex and often daunting process. Owners are called upon to make countless decisions and often, we wonder if we're making the right ones. This can leave owners feeling confused, overwhelmed, anxious, and alone. I know this feeling well because I’ve been there many times before. But you know what? You weren’t meant to do this alone!
With a bit of support, the journey of running a coffee business can become simpler and far more enjoyable. Through my consultation program, we work with you to find solutions at the various stages of your ownership journey. My coffee shop consultation program focuses on help you build and implement simple systems which are complimented by skills training to improve the quality and consistency of your products.

I’m the face behind Simpler Coffee Consulting. I’ve been involved in the specialty coffee industry since 2014. I love getting to work with coffee, a beverage that brings people together and is constantly challenging our notions of what it can be.
My involvement in specialty coffee has included judging national and world-level coffee championships for the past six years and I am an accredited trainer with the Specialty Coffee Association (AST) in the tracks of Brewing and Barista.
My favorite part of my job is helping new and existing businesses become more sustainable by digging into my own experience as the founder & operator of coffee companies in the Philippines, Turkey, and Canada.
